What You'll Do:

As a Yard Associate, you play a key role in the customer experience by keeping our equipment clean, organized, and ready to go. You’re the first and last set of eyes on the equipment—helping ensure our customers leave with tools they can trust.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Explain safe operation and features of equipment to renters
• Conduct visual checks for equipment safety and usability
• Clean and inspect equipment before and after rentals
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment for customers and drivers
• Keep the yard organized and efficient for fast, easy access
• Perform general yard maintenance (including snow removal as needed)
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
• Step in where needed—you're a team player!

What You Bring:

• Attention to detail—you notice the little things
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and outdoors
• Solid customer service attitude—you’re helpful, friendly, and professional
• Can lift and move 50–70 lbs safely
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required)
• Rental or construction industry experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
