What You’ll Do:

As a Service Mechanic, you’ll help keep our fleet of tools and equipment in top shape while delivering the reliable, friendly service Northside is known for.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs and scheduled maintenance checks on a variety of tools and light equipment
• Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and rental-ready
• Log equipment condition before and after customer use
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment for customers
• Demonstrate proper use of tools and equipment to ensure safe operation
• Follow and promote company safety standards
• Pitch in with other team responsibilities as needed—this is a team sport!

What You Bring:

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment (you’ve probably fixed a few things in your day)
• Ability to use tools and equipment with confidence and care
• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Strong communication skills—you explain things clearly and enjoy helping people
• Can lift/move 50–70 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required)
• Spanish Speaking preferred.
