(Annual Revenues $500,000 and above) Trade Specialty members are companies that provide construction services (in all areas and divisions) to the residential and commercial markets, as well as the government, public, and private sectors. A Trade Specialty or Subcontractor is hired directly by a General Contractor or Project Managers at risk to undertake certain functions.

General Contractor - Tier I $ 500

(Annual Revenues up to $999,999) General Contractor members are licensed in the State of Georgia (other States might be accepted) under any of the three types, Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial. General Contractors provide service to Owners, Investors, Government, and Private Companies, and they are responsible for overseeing the entire scope of the project from beginning to end.

General Contractor - Tier II $ 1,200

(Annual Revenues $1MM and above) General Contractor members are licensed in the State of Georgia (other States might be accepted) under any of the three types, Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial. General Contractors provide service to Owners, Investors, Government, and Private Companies, and they are responsible for overseeing the entire scope of the project from beginning to end.

Associate - Industry Supplier $ 500

Associates (Industry Supplier) are companies that offer services and products directly related to the construction Industry, such as design, surveys, PM and site planners, materials suppliers, tools, and equipment sales or rentals.

Associate Services $ 800

Associates (Associate Services) are companies that offers general non-construction services and products, which can be Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Legal and Accounting, Marketing, and Web design
