CIC FLOORS, LLC is a fast-growing company in the flooring industry. Our creative team spreads out all over metro Atlanta installing quality floors with a master installation. Job Brief
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service. If you have experience in coordinating projects and are interested in expanding your expertise in Project Management, we’d like to get to know you and discuss more about this opportunity.

Generals Responsibilities

  • Report to the Chief Operational Officer in all Projects from beginning to end
  • Report to the Operational Manager with all billing, vendor, orders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits. schedule and report to management on changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Collect management requirements and transform it into projects pipeline.
  • Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline.
  • Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks.
  • Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Participate in team’s performance reviews
  • Perform quality assurance, close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations.
     
 
 
 
 
 
 
                                                                                                                                                     
 
  • Manage the buying and delivery process of goods or services on behalf of CIC FLOORS, or a specific client or clients.
  • Records control, or purchasing.
  • Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
  • Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
  • Schedule or monitor air or surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
  • You will negotiate rates with carriers ensuring that you secure the best possible rates inline with the company’s buying policy. You will also coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
  • It is important that as the Supply Chain Coordinator you observe and follow all ISO and health and safety compliances, including the supervision of staff in this respect.
  • The preparation of management reports
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree      
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience creating work breakdown structure (WBS) - translate requirements into tasks
  • Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
  • Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.                               
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You must be familiar with Microsoft Office as well as any industry standard computer programs for Estimates.
