Description
How to Prepare a Winning Proposal is an interactive session focused on the key components needed to ensure your organization is putting its best foot forward in developing a quality, competitive submittal, the last step of your business development cycle.
Jerri Sumlin, Director of Business Development for H.J. Russell & Company, a seasoned business development and marketing leader with over 25 years of professional experience, will guide us through the best practices for organizing the proposal and sections: what to include, how to write about, the best formatting, and making sure that the responses comply with the RFP requirements. In other words: what a proposal is and what is not.
