You are hereby invited to submit 100% Construction Document bid proposal on a 1 story, 60,000 SF, new Fulton County Animal Services Facility with associated site work. This project has been awarded to Winter Johnson. Subcontract awards will be made from this solicitation and are anticipated to be in December 2021. The anticipated construction schedule is from April 2022 through September 2023. This is NOT a Davis-Bacon wage rate job. NOTE: Receipt of bids will be conducted in conjunction with the Fulton County Procurement Department, and late bids cannot be accepted. You are also invited to a virtual (Zoom) Winter Johnson Group Pre-Proposal Open House Tuesday, October 19, 2021 5:00 PM 6:00 PM.
